The Process

The NDIS pays us directly without impacting the funding you receive so you can get back to doing what you love without being out of pocket.

You can add us to your NDIS plan by letting your Support Coordinator know that Penny Plan is your preferred Plan Manager.

Fast & Efficient

  • Submit Invoice

    You (or your provider) can submit invoices by email

  • Approval

    We seek your approval to pay the invoice on your behalf. Or, you can authorise Penny Plan to approve for you

  • Lodge Claim

    We file your your invoice claim through the NDIS My Portal within 1 business day

  • Funds Received

    When the claim is successful, we finalise the invoice within 2 business days

  • Confirmed

    Once paid, we'll send the confirmation to you (or your provider)

  • Updates

    Review your funds at any time in your account or receive a monthly budget report
